Revolutionizing event ticketing through Blockchain
TicketPass is a cutting-edge event ticketing platform designed for creators and event planners, providing an easier ticketing experience for events, movies, festivals, and sports. This visionary project was submitted for the ICP.Hub Sahara West Africa blockchain hackathon and is now in the development and pre-seed phases.
The primary objective during the hackathon was to create a robust B2C platform facilitating the sale of tickets by creators and enabling buyers to make purchases not only in local currency but also in cryptocurrency, considering its legal status as tender in Nigeria.

In the initial phase of the hackathon, the primary objective was to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This included addressing the difficulty of creating a user-friendly platform for selling and purchasing tickets. Notably, the platform was designed to accept cryptocurrency payments, aligning with the evolving financial landscape in Nigeria.
The MVP design process was carried out precisely, concentrating on important pages that are necessary for an excellent user experience, such as:
A captivating landing page to welcome users.
A dedicated page showcasing curated events for enhanced discoverability.
User-friendly sign-in/sign-up pages catering to both business and personal accounts.
Event pages equipped with seamless payment and booking functionalities.
A comprehensive dashboard tailored for creators, encompassing features such as event management, inventory tracking, and revenue insights.
